Make-up line for breadstick

The proposal of our machines completes the demand of production of different types of breadsticks:

  • moulded breadsticks, with relative deposite on the baking pan
  • breadstick “stretched” for the long, with the creation of the band of dough, then proofing process and, finally, elongated in front of the baking tunnel oven
  • breadstick “stretched” for the wide, with the creation of the band of dough then proofing process and, finally, elongated in front of the baking tunnel oven.

All our make-up lines produce from 50 to 400 kg/h of finished product according to their working useful width.
