The pizza is a salty gastronomic product consisting of a piece of dough usually and simply made with flour and water, that is rolled, levelled and seasoned with various ingredients such as, for example, tomato and mozzarella, and baked in high temperature oven. Originally from Neapolitan cuisine, it is today one of the best known Italian food both in Italy and abroad.
