Proofer equipment for hot dog / hamburger

Our automatic proofer equipment for the leavening process of the “hot dog/hamburger” can be of various types:

• statics on racks
• dynamics with “noria” solution for pans / peels board (therefore with automatic loading of pans)
• dynamics with flat plates solution with retracting loading belt and oven loader

Our proofers are equipped with air conditioning systems with temperature and humidity management by PLC.
