Our cyclo thermic baking tunnel ovens for the production of “pizza” can be of various widths and lengths, depending on the spaces available at our customers sites or on the required products’ volumes, with baking surfaces up to 80 square meters, and they can be of three types:

  • baking conveyor surface in refractory material
  • volcanic stone / granite baking conveyor surface for more artisanal aspect
  • mesh baking conveyor surface for a more “soft” baking or for baking pans
