New CB 380 Eco Line: for small and medium size bakeries

With the beginning of 2016 Ars Pan Industriale increases its machines’ production range with the new CB 380 Eco line for “ciabatta” and “focaccia” products.

A make-up line designed for small/ medium-sized bakeries that want to enter the industrial production dimension.

The main features of this machine are:

  • Versatility: thickness of the sheet of dough from 2 to 50 mm.
  • Flexibility: production up to 300 pans/h or 500Kg/h of dough.
  • Compactness: it is only 9,5 Mt long.
  • Hygienic: designed to have lower flour storage points and with easily removable mechanical components for a more accurate and fast cleaning.
