Proofer equipment for baguette

Our automatic proofer equipment for the leavening process of the “baguette” can be of various types:

  • statics
  • – dynamics with “noria” solution for pans / peels board (therefore with automatic loading of pans)
  • – dynamics with flat plates solution or “wells” (gorges) plates solution with retracting loading belt and oven loader

Our proofers are equipped with air conditioning systems with temperature and humidity management by PLC.
