Dipping tank in soda water and salt/sesame distributors

Once the Pretzels are formed, they pass through a dipping tank in soda and hot water (a total immersion).

At a later stage, at the exit from the dipping tank, coars salt / fine salt or sesame distributors sprinkle Pretzels with adequate quantity.

Thanks to recirculation pumps, the excesses of salt/sesame are reintroduced to the distributing hoppers.
