Our cyclo thermic baking tunnel ovens for the production of “quiche lorraine” can be of various widths and lengths, depending on the spaces available at our customers’ sites or on the required products’ volumes, with baking surfaces up to 60 square meters, and they can be of two types:

  • baking conveyor surface in refractory material for a more “structured” baking result
  • mesh baking conveyor surface for a more “soft” baking
